I got issues with hugo when I have a lot of goroutines running. So I unable to use newer hugo v0.93.0-v0.93.1 (current version) to generate my website. I have to use hugo v0.82.0 to generate my website. It was so frustrating. Perhaps I have lots of “tags” in my posts. I also not sure because I not a golang developer.

Anyway, I plan to migrate away from static site generator to my own blog engine which writing in Python so specifically using Django programming language.

Yeah, I integrate indieweb into my blog engine and I have more control over the process but what I worried about is the interface aka gui of the website. I am not front-end person so I don’t know how to make it look good especially the mobile design. By doing this way, I can use the API from Twitter, Facebook, FourSquare, Instagram, GitHub, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, VK, Weibo, and so on as I wanted.
